This is one of the greatest additions to our existing 50cc scooters line. It offers all the great features and road carrying capacity of our 150cc unit, except it is a 50cc engine machine! While maintaining the amazing fuel efficient level, this large wheel scooter offers more leg room for taller and larger riders and excellent stability at high speeds. Equipped with a rock solid GY6 4 stroke motor, a hydraulic front disc brake, large 12 inches wheels, sporty body styling, comfortable seat, storage trunk, and custom designed windshield.

Some Assembly Required.

In most cases and depending on which model purchased, it usually takes anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes to complete the assembly process of your vehicle. Our vehicles are usually 80% assembled at the factory and fully tested prior to shipping.To complete the assembly of your vehicle, you will need to properly install and/or assemble the contents included with your vehicle. Depending on the model purchased, these items are usually located in the storage compartment underneath the seat. For your safety, be sure to check and tighten all screws, nuts, and bolts prior to using your vehicle for the very first time and periodically thereafter. Depending on the length of time the scooter has been stored in the crate after factory testing, the carburetor may need to be cleaned due to possible sediment build-up. Detailed instructions on how to perform this procedure can be obtained by contacting our technical support team. Local pick-ups and optional assembly service is available upon request. 

Remember!

You are responsible for performing the setup and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) that a dealer would normally perform (ie. installing rear view mirrors, setting up and connecting the battery, checking tightness of all screws, nuts, bolts, changing oil, valve adjustment etc.). In some instances, it may be necessary for your vehicle to be setup and tuned by a local service center. Items such as loose hardware and parts damaged from loose hardware and components are not covered under warranty. It is advisable to use a thread locking agent such as Loctite on all hardware to help prevent loss of hardware. Occasionally, on some units, it may be necessary to perform other routine checks or adjustments, such as adjusting the setting of the idle speed and fuel/air mixture screws on the carburetor, cleaning of the carburetor, checking to ensure wires are connected properly, adjusting chain slack and alignment (if applicable), in order to achieve optimum performance from your vehicle. We will gladly assist you with any additional technical questions you may have.

Prior to first use, it is mandatory to have the existing motor/engine oil (known as “packing oil”) replaced. The packing oil should be replaced with conventional four-stroke “Motorcycle Grade” (SAE 10W-40) engine/motor oil. Be sure to regularly inspect engine fluid levels to ensure that your vehicle operates safely according to manufacturer’s recommended specifications.

	Constant Headlight   Unlike others, the MC_JL4B have constant headlight which means the headlight is on whenever engine is on to insure visibility day or night. A feature that passes and exceeds DOT expectation which others do not have.		Competitors in majority do not have a constant headlight that automatically turns on, leaving the rider less visible and more vulnerable to accidents because the traffic is less likely to spot you. 	Powerful Extended Engine The MC_JL4B offers extended motor engine that gives more power and better performance verses the majority other that do not have this feature will perform at a much lower speed. The extended engine casing provides better support and rigidity to calm the engine's natural movements such as twisting and flexing.		The standard engine and casing that our competitors uses output less power and less fuel efficient. It is also prone to distortions brought by natural movement of the engine.
	Easy to read Instrument Panel The MC_JL4B have a rider-oriented design on the instrument panel that has a clear read-out of time, speed, mileage. Our competitors are still using the outdated single gauge panel.		Our competitors have the single gauge instrument panel which leaves out important information that a rider needs such as fuel guage, RPM, odometer, etc.
	12" Extra Large Premium Alloy Rim Our 12" alloy rim projected on the left is much safer and lighter than the full metal rim on the right. Being light-weight helps the bike perform better, and it is visually pleasing too!		The metal rim that our competitor uses is more likely to bend with light forces such as speeding over speed bump, making the life of the rim dramatically lower than alloy.
	Strategically Placed Spacious Trunk  MC_JL4B comes equipped with a roomy trunk, combined with storage beneath the seat offers ample space for anything you might carry. A lot of resellers offer the trunk at an extra charge or do not have it at all.		Scooters from our competitors usually do not include a trunk causes inconveniency for the rider when they need to carry a load.
	Enlarged Tires  Size matters! The MC_JL4B sports a much bigger wheel, increasing the diameter to a 12" means more travel distance, and increased durability. The width of the tire is 4.0" making the overall stability of the scooter a lot more stable.
