NEW High-Capacity GTR Shocks

Performance-proven in extreme terrain by the Revo and Summit models, Traxxas GTR shocks represent the peak of suspension technology and now set the standard for short-course damping and control. Shock length has been customized for Slash 4X4 Ultimate to deliver track-ready suspension travel, and the hard-anodized shock bodies have 13mm bores to hold 76% more oil than the standard Slash 4X4's Ultra Shocks. The GTR shocks feature PTFE-coated bores for nearly frictionless piston travel, and their slick titanium-nitride coated shafts resist scuffing, increase durability, and eliminate "stiction." The shocks are sealed by unique X-rings to keep oil in and dirt out for smooth, consistent damping and plush suspension action, lap after lap. Between runs, spring reload and ride height changes are as simple as turning the threaded spring collars--no clips or spacers required.

Waterproof Receiver Box

The Ultimate's receiver is fully enclosed in a waterproof enclosure for protection from the elements and short-course racing action even in rain, mud, or snow. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a unique, watertight exit port, and a custom blue O-ring seals the box to protect the receiver from water. The enclosure can be opened and closed without losing the sealing properties of the box, allowing the receiver to be removed for service, or for aftermarket receivers to be installed. Patent pending.

High-Torque Digital Servo

The ultimate short-course truck is equipped with the ultimate Traxxas steering servo. The proven 2075's digital circuitry guarantees precise centering and heavy-duty holding power, while the ball-bearing-supported output shaft extends wear, increases precision, and reduces transit time. With 125 oz.-in. of track-taming torque, it's all the servo you need for commanding performance in the corners and superior steering muiscle for all-terrain adventure.

Traxxas High-Current Connector

The Velineon Power System doesn't waste power (or speed) on flimsy connectors that can't handle the torrent of electricity the Ultimate's Power Cell LiPo flows through the wires. The patented Traxxas High-Current connector features gold-plated connectors in a virtually zero loss design that effortlessly funnels your battery's total power to the electronics to keep things running cool and at full capacity.

Maxx Cable 12-Gauge Wire

This super-flexible, high-current, low-resistance 12-gauge wire is like a giant pipe, flowing energy in and out of the electronic speed control--using any other wire would be like connecting a fire hydrant to a garden hose. The Traxxas Connector combined with Maxx cable is the performance-engineered solution for extracting all the power the Ultimate's included Power Cell LiPo battery has to give.

Replica Bodies

Slash 4X4 Ultimate is available in four Race Replica styles, each fully decorated with licensed logos and graphics for total authenticity. In addition to the number 47 and 25 Traxxas race trucks of Mike and Mark Jenkins, you can choose the Scott Douglas Edition (Amsoil) or Greg Adler Edition (4 Wheel Parts).

Hex Hardware

Pro-quality, high-grade, metric hex-drive hardware is used throughout for extra strength, and easy maintenance and repair. The black-oxide rust-resistant finish provides a high tech look and feel, and high-strength steel construction maintains a positive grip on your hex drivers no matter how often you like to wrench.

Rubber-Sealed Ball Bearings

Precision 5x11mm rubber-sealed bearings offer the ultimate in super low-friction performance and maximum protection in dirty environments. They are used in all exposed locations on the car and are virtually maintenance free.
