Add the items you want to your Shopping Cart, Confirm your order, and Proceed to Checkout. Simple as 1-2-3.

When you find the item you want, simply click on the Add to Cart button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will show you the cost of the item selected and the applicable shipping cost. In your Shopping Cart you can change the quantity of items you have ordered, select your location, empty your cart, select payment type, enter a separate shipping address, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

After you have added items to your Shopping Cart, check your order for accuracy. When you are satisfied that the information is correct, proceed to Checkout by clicking the Checkout button.

At Checkout, enter your billing address and payment information. When you are ready to submit your order, click on Submit This Order. Your information will be sent to us through our SECURE server and shipped promptly.

All transactions are in US Dollars. Items are individually assigned appropriate shipping costs. Shipping costs appear when you add an item to your Shopping Cart.

Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control rare inventory shortages on items or separate frequencies, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible and we will notify you if there is a delay. Items listed with "(Free Shipping)" receive free ground shipping.

Return of Merchandise Policy (RMA)

In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:

1. IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please refuse the package or return to the proper shipping carrier location within 24 hours marked “refused due to shipping damage.” Then call us or email us at so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a new item right away. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by the carrier.

2. KEEP PACKAGING: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork – don’t throw anything way. They are required for any warrantee issues.

3. READ INSTRUCTIONS: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Many of the items we sell can be damaged the first time if used improperly. Improper use will void your warrantee.

4. START SLOWLY: Take your time to get familiar with the items, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage

We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to insure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.

A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.

If you receive a defective item simply call the manufacturer for help. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer contact information you may send an email to and we will provide the manufacturer contact information. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box to the manufacturer, along with your packing slip and a detailed explanation of the defect within 30 days of receipt. Gift purchases and returns for warrantee claims for purchases made during November 15th through December 20th must be received by January 12th and an exchange of equal or greater value may be granted.

We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or returned items unless you are missing an item from your order. Returned free shipping items and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping cost. If we warrantee the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item. All returns are subject to twenty five percent restocking fee. Non-Clearance items may be exchanged only if defective within 14 days of your product's shipping date. For generic products, no returns or exchanges are allowed. If defective, will exchange the item free of charge. will not pay for the shipping charges that are returned by customer. Clearance items cannot be returned. Attempting to do a credit card dispute or chargeback for returns not in compliance with our policies will incur an administration fee of $50 per chargeback.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us for your your RMA number if your return fits the proper criteria. Items returned without RMA numbers will be rejected. If you place an order and then cancel it after it has been processed, you will be assessed an eight percent cancellation charge. If the order has been shipped and is then cancelled while in transit or if the order is unclaimed/refused, you will be charged a twenty five percent restocking fee plus shipping charges.

All returned merchandise must have a tracking number to prove that you have shipped it to us. Please email us with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items during shipment.

Items returned must be in original packaging, in brand new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If an item is ordered and the color is out of stock, the most popular color in stock will be chosen for you. If you prefer another color as your second choice please let us know when you order and we will supply it, if it is in stock. In the very rare event an item is out of stock or discontinued we will upgrade you to a better model at no additional charge.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. does not refund for shipping and handling charges. reserves the right to return the merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if in its opinion deems that the merchandise has been severely damaged, crashed, abused, misuse, modify in any form, has water, dust, or contaminant damage. is not responsible for shipping damage so make sure you insure your return package.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

Gas Scooters are not toys and are tested before they leave the factory. Scooters require time and patience when learning how to use them properly. If you think there is something wrong with item please contact us at and we will help by getting you manufacturer contact information, technical support, or replacement parts (if available).
