Scooter Warranty

Motorized gas scooters and electric scooters are not toys and require care and maintenance. All scooters sold on include a 30 day parts & labor warranty. Warranty is vaild if a scooter has malfunctioned due to manufacturers defect. We do not accept returns on used scooters. This 30 day warranty covers all parts and labor necessary to restore product back to working condition. Warranty is valid for only 30 days after date of delivery. Shipping fees are not included under this warranty policy. If a scooter needs to be shipped back for parts and labor services then the owner of the scooter must pay for round trip shipping fees. Owner must contact a representative prior to any warranty claim. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by an authorized representative. This 30 day warranty does not cover user negligence, error or recklessness.Please check your scooter when it is received. If it is damaged for any reason, DO NOT ASSEMBLE AND RIDE THE SCOOTER. If you ride the scooter you will not be able to return it, but it can be fixed under warranty. New scooters that are returned will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Customer pays all shipping costs.

We rarely receive complaints on the performance of our products; however, we do try to make sure that everyone is satisfied beyond their expectations and completely happy with their purchase.

If any part or scooters are sent to any facilities or authorized dealers without prior notice or return authorization number, the product will be immediately refused and returned at the owner's expense. Sound kind of harsh? We've had scooters returned that were not even our scooters to begin with! Several customers have tried to ship us scooters without any information as to who the scooter came from or why the scooter is being returned. This makes it very difficult to know what to do with a scooter.

Do the following, ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RMA# The following terms must be met by you: The purchaser has the right to return an item under the following conditions: NO RETURNS ON SCOOTERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN RUN!!! If you use the scooter there will be no way for us to resell the scooter. The products must be returned in new, re-sellable condition. You must include all packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. You must call for a return authorization number. At your expense, safely package and ship back to the complete product that was purchased including all parts and accessories, any instruction manuals and a copy of the original invoice or other suitable proof of purchase. Only after an inspection of the condition of the product by will a refund will be issued. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned scooters that haven't been used. Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. Original invoice or copy of original invoice must be included in a return shipment. reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges (both ways) if you cancel the order while the product is in transit. If you cancel the order after it was submitted or placed but not shipped yet, you are charged the 4% processing fee.
