Modified Muscle
Leave it to Traxxas to put the huge torque of the Titan 550 motor into the
1/16 E-Revo for unstoppable climbing, roosting, monster performance! The Titan
modified motor is designed for exciting mod-motor power output with long-lasting
performance. The Titan 12T 550 motor's integrated cooling fan pulls cool air
through the motor to keep temperatures down. Airflow is routed through vent
tunnels molded in the motor plate. A cooler running motor equates to faster
speeds, longer runtime, and extended motor life. The XL-2.5 Electronic Speed
Control offers high current handling, EZ-Set one-button setup, and
smooth high-frequency control. Three drive profiles, low voltage detection,
thermal shutdown protection, gold-plated connectors, and incredibly low
resistance are all features you might expect to only be available on an
expensive replacement ESC.

Titan 12-Turn 550 Modified Motor
1/16 E-Revo includes a powerful Titan 12T 550 modified motor--the same motor
used in Traxxas' larger 1/10 scale models! The Titan's over-sized armature (30%
larger compared to 540-sized armatures) is equipped with 12-turns of pure copper
wire for big torque and increased power-handling capabilities. Lower running
temperatures are achieved with the integrated cooling fan. The Titan 12T
requires very little maintenance and is designed for consistent torque and high
speeds from run to run, without fading.
Beyond the specs, the Titan 12T is made for dirt-roosting torque,
lightning-quick acceleration, big-air jumps, and just about any other 4-wheel
fun that demands real horsepower.
XL-2.5 Waterproof Electronic Speed Control
Designed and engineered by Traxxas, the XL-2.5 Electronic Speed Control delivers
smooth throttle control with 380-size and smaller mini-motors and is completely
waterproof for all-weather R/C driving fun. This high-performance ESC is packed
with impressive specifications that are normally only found on more expensive
high-end replacement units. The XL-2.5 features three throttle profiles, Thermal
Shutdown Protection, 6-8 cell NiMH and 2-cell LiPo compatibility, low voltage
detection, and a built-in BEC. High-frequency operation combined with ultra-low
resistance make the XL-2.5 an efficient and ultra-smooth fully proportional
speed control. The XL-2.5 is manufactured by Traxxas to ensure the highest level

Power Cell NiMH battery and charger. Designed specifically for the high-power
needs of Traxxas vehicles, this potent pack features heavy-duty construction,
16-gauge wires and Traxxas' exclusive High-Current Connector for efficient power
transfer, run after run. A convenient wall charger is also included. Everything

Dual Battery Compartments

The heavy-duty, steel-gear diffs are factory-filled with premium silicone fluid to prevent unloading and maintain maximum traction and control. It's a Traxxas innovation you won't find on any other mini-model.
Pivot Ball Suspension
1/16 E-Revo features pivot-ball suspension for smooth suspension articulation and easy adjustment. Rubber-sealed ball bearings ward off dirt and debris as they increase precision and reduce friction, and the oversized 8x12mm inboard bearings maximize durability. For extra security, the heavy-duty axle carriers are designed so the universal-joint axles' crosspins are captured by the inner bearings—another example of Traxxas' attention to every detail.
Universal-Joint Driveshafts
1/16 E-Revo is fully equipped with telescoping, universal-joint axles for optimum drivetrain efficiency and maximum power transfer. The true-curvilinear spline design operates freely, and the oversized U-joints set the standard for strength and high-power durability.
Waterproof Electronics
Mud. Water. Snow. 1/16 E-Revo's waterproof electronics and fully sealed receiver box let you make tracks in conditions that leave other trucks parked at home. Traxxas' innovative, ground-breaking waterproof receiver box puts 1/16 E-Revo in a league of its own. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a special watertight seal (patent pending). To protect the receiver from dust and water a custom shaped blue O-ring seals the receiver box. Thanks to the unique design, the receiver can be removed for service and even aftermarket receivers can be used, without losing the sealing properties of the box.
Digital High-Torque Waterproof Steering Servo
Small but powerful, the 1/16 E-Revo #2080 servo cranks out 41.7 oz.-in. of tire-turning torque with digital circuitry for responsive control—even in water, mud and snow, thanks to its O-ring-sealed waterproof construction.
All-Terrain Tires & Wheels
Each corner of the 1/16 E-Revo is equipped with soft-compound Talon tires that
are mounted and pre-glued on impressive 53mm Gemini chrome wheels. 12mm mounting
hexes open the door to additional wheel and tire combos to tune traction for
specific surfaces—even foam tires for carpet racing.
Quick-Release Battery Doors
E-Revo uses an innovative solution for easy battery installation. Quick-release battery doors snap open and closed in seconds for fast and easy battery installation. There are no clips to lose in the field, and fast battery changes during pit stops let you spend more time on the trail and less time on the bench.
Battery Compartment Vents
Resembling the exhaust ducts of a turbine powered jet, the futuristic battery vents are securely mounted on the chassis. In addition to offering entrance and exit cooling, the oversized openings incorporate latches that insert into the battery door clasps. The battery compartment vents symbolize the sleek and high-tech image that places Traxxas 1/16 scale vehicles in a class all their own.
Oil-Filled GTR Shocks
1/16 E-Revo's super-smooth oil-filled shocks damp the suspension and maintain control no matter how rugged the terrain. They are fully tuneable and include pressure bladders for air/oil separation and threaded spring pre-load collars for quick ride height adjustments.
Revo-Spec Suspension
A defining feature of the E-Revo, expertly executed in 1/16 scale—the unique Revo-Spec suspension places the shocks inboard on the chassis, away from dirt and debris, and amplifies the shocks' travel for incredible off-road capability without the weight of extra-long shocks.
Rubber-Sealed Ball Bearings
Precision rubber-sealed bearings offer the ultimate in low-friction performance and maximum protection in dirty environments. They are used in all exposed locations on the truck and are virtually maintenance free.
